How to Change Scaling Settings on Windows or Mac

If the screen of your computer is too zoomed out or difficult to read, then changing you scaling settings will make it easier for you to see.

On Windows:

  1. Click on the “Start Menu” in the bottom left of the screen
  2. Click on the gear to go to settings
  3. Click on “System”
  4. Now choose display on the left side of the screen, it may also be selected by default
  5. Under “Change the size of text, apps, and other items”, click on the drop-down box and select the appropriate setting, the higher the percentage, the more zoomed your screen will be

On MacOS:

  1. Open “System Preferences”
  2. Click on “Displays”
  3. Under the “Display” heading, choose “Scaled”
  4. Click on different icons to find the display setting right for you
