This three day lesson will introduce the Scratch programming language which was designed at the MIT Media Lab. Scratch is an easy to learn but powerful language that can be used to program interactive stories, games, and animations. It was designed to help young people learn to think creatively, reason systematically, and work collaboratively. This 3-day session will be led by Sara Murray, SDM Associate and is limited to 4 students. Attendance at all 3 sessions is strongly encouraged.
